Walk to School
The King's Gate Primary School community are very proud to run several initiatives to keep our school fit and active. As part of the school travel plan, we encourage our school community to reduce congestion on our local residential streets by taking part in the Living Streets WOW Challenge.
What is WOW?
WOW is a pupil-led initiative where children self-report how they get to school every day using the interactive WOW Travel Tracker. If they travel sustainably (walk, cycle, scoot or park and stride) four times a week for a month, they get rewarded with a badge. It's that easy!
