Letters from the Lighthouse
This term we will be using the book Letters from the Lighthouse Emma Carroll as the driver for our learning in Geography, History and English. The story is set during World War II and we will be using it to help us with our learning about the significance of the Blitz and the impact of the War on the evacuees from around Europe. In Geography, we will learn all about Britain's coasts and how they were affected by World War II.
